domain on new toaster should be created manually via cli
and at least for creating users on new box now you can use bulk useradd
script on
http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/Bulk_User_Adding_For_Qmail_Toaster
after that you can sync user's mailbox from old box
other configuration maybe you should copy / edit manually
before I am using qmailtoaster, I was using qmail-ldap, no configuration
taken from my old box since it didnt use simscan/clam/SA/ etc...
so I am just moving user accounts and mailboxes

For what it's worth...
The backup/restore scripts work great, but I had nightmares moving my
toaster from RH9 to centos a year or 2 ago myself. The biggest
problem was the user id that was assigned to qmail (or maybe is was
vpopmail?) was automtically assigned to another service in centos, I
think it was 89? Anyway, check the uids in your rh system before
putting the toaster in the centos system, then remove the service, or
change the uid of the service using the same uid on the centos system
before attempting it.. I ended up doing it manually in the end
though...
