No problem. There are a few other minor differences - the kernel is optimized for a server environment, whereas Fedora is targeted at a desktop, but there's not enough of a difference to note that I can think of; the Fedora kernel may be larger due to more hardware drivers being included. The only other real difference is the support paths. You're FC6 install is scheduled to stop receiving updates on December 7th, 2007 (it's already past it's EOL), and CentOS4 will receive updates for 4 more years.
