My QMT with vpopmail and mysql has one very scary field I would like to live without. mysql field in mysql is pw_clear_passwd (16 char) my other apps phone, blog need mysql AND do not show the clear passwd field, just the hash. Is there a fix ?

fyi,
that field also sometimes useful
- to retrieve password for user who forgot it-
- to access user's mailbox via webmail, if user's employer ask it
