so for example I wanted to skip rbl for

10.10.*.*

I would open up

/etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp

and add the entry on a new line so it looked like

10.10.:allow

what would be the exact line I would need to put in there, to allow people
on that range to skip RBL

sorry, I'm a total noob at this :D

Also would this require a restart of the server or networking in order to
start working?
