I was having some issues with the new sandbox also. I ended up making
sure the old sandbox was gone, I think mine was /opt/sandbox. Than I
rebooted my server and it worked. This is what I did on the 2 servers I
have updated so far.

I know I can do a linked sandbox. I just thought it might be helpful to fix
this for other that may be in the same boat.
