This is the crux of the problem. Does
/mnt/qtp-sandbox/var/tmp/spamassassin-toaster-root/etc/mail/spamassassin
directory exist?


  

I had the exact same problem building on F8 the other day. Haven't had a 
chance to look at a fix yet.
