It's happens due a spamassassin-rpms error.
qtp-newmodel (and any other method of upgrading using the latest
packages) will fail due to the spamassassin-toaster package. Once it's
been fixed on the main site then qtp-newmodel will work again (since it
downloads the latest packages from the qmailtoaster.org site, it will
always download the broken package).
You can MANUALLY upgrade using a slightly older version, but that will
take your system offline for however long it takes you to build the
packages.
