[qmailtoaster] How to add empf on qmail-toaster

Hello list,

i'm reading, the wiki of instalation of empf patch, but i dont find the patch 
to add.
I have:

qmail-toaster-1.03-1.3.15.src.rpm
empf-1.0.tar.gz
empf-toaster-0.8.1.patch

but i'm stuck, and don't know how to continue.


Somebody can help-me?
