I'll double check with the client, but I'm pretty sure they're set up with
SMTP-AUTH.
As for the 5.3.0 error, this is from one of our local mail servers trying
to send mail to an account in a vdomain on our toaster.
No useful errors logged in any of the qmail logs that I can find--other
than:
CHKUSER accepted sender: from <([EMAIL PROTECTED])::> remote
<(other mailhub):unknown:207.126.125.52> rcpt <> : sender
accepted
