Unfortunately, that is hard coded in the qmail-send.c program. I'm sure that
DJB had a reason for doing so when he wrote it, but I'm inclined to think
that it wasn't a good reason. You can indeed change it, but to do so will
require some C programming knowledge. If you really want to change it and
need some help, you can contact me off list and we can work something out.
