All,
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction here. I
recently had a server crash and restored from backups (which worked
very well). Since then however, spamassassin isn't behaving like it
used to -- it's flagging a lot of stuff as clean even though it's very
obviously spam. I've looked at spamassassin's site and applied a few
of the additional rulesets they have there, but I was wondering if
anyone could share some of their rulesets because it doesn't seem mine
are doing what I intend.
check SA bayes DB
# sudo -u vpopmail -H sa-learn --dump magic
quoting Jake "SA need 200 ham and 200 spam tokens before it gets working
based on bayes"
Also, I'm currently not using a Spam folder for my users -- and I'm
wondering how people are training spamassasin on spam, with the caveat
that I doubt my users will be keen on forwarding spam to a spam
mailbox. Ideas?
do not forward spam to spam mailbox , may registers your email as spam
source. use bounce/redirect feature.
