TTBOMK rDNS can only be configured by the owner of the IP block. They can either delegate the authority to your DNS, or maintain it themselves. If your ISP is unable/unwilling to do this for you, I'd seriously try to find one who can/will. I do use dyndns.org's mailhop outbound relay service (and their custom dns too) for toasters that are on dynamic IP addresses, which avoids RBL and rDNS problems. Works like a charm.
