This is very peculiar. The file is included in the src.rpm. I can pull it up by typing "rpm -qpl spamassassin-toaster*.src.rpm". I can't seem to replicate this on FC6 or CentOS 4. As of right now we haven't added support for FC8, so I can't confirm this.
