Yeah, it also appears from here to be down. I'm sure that Jake will be on it

Yes, this can be done. This is outside of the scope of community (free
as in beer) support though. The commercial support group (presently Jake
and myself) will be happy to assist you with deploying such a
configuration if you need such help. If you're interested, please
contact either one of us directly.
Note, we're presently in the process of developing a formal commercial
support service (qmailtoaster.com).
