Hi Gabriel,
try /home/vpopmail/bin/vmoduser
you will see how to disable SMTP AUTH access, roaming user/pop-before-smtp
and /or imap
depending on your setup (smtp-auth, pop before smtp) the server will not relay
to foreign-domains
