does your client network listed on /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp? if not,
propably email from your network have to pass RBL, SA and SENDER test
perhaps you should add your network on tcp.smtp file like below: (10. is
my local network)
10.:allow,DKSIGN="/var/qmail/control/domainkeys/%/private",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan",DKQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue.orig",NOP0FCHECK="1",RBLSMTPD="",SENDER_NOCHECK="1"
for detail what happen, please cek your smtp log
/var/log/qmail/smtp/current
