There's not a simple way I know of to bypass scanning based on the sender's
identity. I really don't think that'd be a good idea either, as sender
addresses are very easy to spoof.
I think you're looking at the wrong solution to your problem. Once your
clamav is up to date your problem will go away, and you really should be
using the latest clamav package anyway.
If you need an interim remedy you might try turning off clamav in the
simcontrol file, rebuilding the cdb, and stop/starting (not restarting) qmail.
