Yes, I got it installed on Fedora 9 just days ago. Basically you may take cnt50 (centos 5) scripts but a few changes are required to get over some compilation errors.
Particularly one of the error occurred during the last rpm compilation, the simscan...rpm. which was caused by the incompatibility of the gcc version. The rest will not be big issues.
