Thanks jake for your response. I rebooted the server but did not help. I even tried to upgrade the toaster to the latest version still pop3 is not working. Is there anything else I should try look at? regards, Crispin.

Looking at all settings seems to be fine but still users cannt use pop3 to send/receive emails. Have you rebooted the machine since you changed IP addresses? Changing IPs will muck things up (make IMAP invalid, and courier runs IMAP and if it breaks can shut down POP since courier runs POP as well).
