Anthony,
I am using w2box, <http://labs.beffa.org/w2box/>
install it on my web/mail server, configure qmt /var/qmail/control/databytes only to accept maximum of 6MB (6291456) and tell users that total maximum attachments size that they can sent is only 3MB (another 3MB is for email messages just incase it was a thread, and users just hit reply rather than removed unnecessary body)

the I modified w2box a little bit.. so my users is comfort using. (I set the maximum size is 50MB if they using w2box)
for demo visit http://webbox.bo-tak.info

Hi,

Trying to reduce the habit of sending large files through email so I
need an open source "YouSendIt" type web app.

Did some google search and got no good results.

If anyone knows of one, please share the link to it or which keyword
should be used for a google search or SourceForge search.

This may come off as sarcastic, (not meaning too), but FTP?
