Supongamos que mi linea de datos o fibra tenga un corte de servicio, y en ese momento quiero enviar un correo AUTOMATICAMENTE cuando empiezo una enviarlo (siempre hablando desde un cliente) NI SIQUIERA lo recibe el servidor, sino que cuando uno comienza enviar me devuelve un error asi: Fallo al conectarse con el servidor de correos SMTP. El servidor no debe estar disponible o esta rechazando los conexiones
