No. Outlook, Outlook Express, etc. will rewrite the headers of the
email when they get forwarded, so spamassassin will be learning from
tainted headers and cause you more grief in the long run with false
positives.
You could implement something like DSPAM which would preserve the
headers, or depending on your setup, have a shared folder for Spam/Ham
in webmail if the messages are cached on the QMT machine. I'm not an
Exchange person, but I seem to remember someone having shared folders on
the Exchange machine for users to put their spam into.
