At the end of your /etc/cron.hourly/qtp-clean-spam script, change
sudo -u vpopmail -H sa-learn --sync
to
sudo -u vpopmail -H sa-learn --sync >/dev/null 2>&1
That should do it.
I've changed the qtp script accordingly.
