Spamassassin (and spamdyke) only apply to incoming emails, so that wouldn't
do you any good. I'm not sure if /var/qmail/control/badmailto would catch
outbound or not. I don't think it'd easy to block w/out nuking taps. Perhaps
if you were to modify the taps patch it would be possible.
