CHKUSER is compiled into the qmail-smtp program, and is thus part of the
qmail-toaster package. You'd need to install the source and look around to
see which version of chkuser is included. Or, once it's installed, you can
have a look at /var/qmail/doc/chkuser_settings.h.

Are there any plans to integrate v2.0.9? I'd like to be able to define
more than 5 CHKUSER_ALLOW_SENDER_CHAR.
