I did the original patch for the toaster but I don't use QMT ISO. But
I bealive you can get the source for qmail-toaster and the path,
compile it and replace the QMT ISO package by the new one...

Yes. QMTISO is just a CentOS install with Qmailtoaster installed for you
automatically. You can download the source and recompile at any time
you'd like, just like a manual install.
