Actually, the message you're receiving is coming from the toaster. The
toaster automatically attempts to resend messages with "soft" (4xx) errors.
The toaster only does this for so long (/var/qmail/control/queuelifetime)
though, and after the time expires it sends the message you refer to.

As far as a solution goes, let's check your configuration:
.) rDNS correct?
.) SPF correct?
.) IP listed on any RBLs?
.) using DK signature?
If all of these are correct, yahoo usually delivers without a problem.
