[qmailtoaster] How to procees all outgoing messages before sending them

[Using No Way As Way]

Is there any way to process with maildrop or any pipe command, all messages
going out?

 

For example, run an antivirus on outgoing message, limiting throughput,
billing per message sent or modifying headers.
