Is it possible that my ISP has turned off outgoing traffic on port 25?? I can telnet in to my server and telnet out to the isp's smtp server... but when I now try to telnet to port 25 on different smtp servers of different isp's in Norway I can't establish a connection, I guess this also could be because I'm on a different network, or?
