I'm haven't received any duplicates in the week or so I've been on the list.

I cannot do anything about it. I receive the duplicates as well, and it is a problem with the mailing list server. Erik Espinoza runs the email server and the Qmailtoaster project, not me. You'll need to contact him about the issue, but you'll probably not get much of a reply. I didn't. It does look bad to the community though.
