DNK, Thanks for your quick response. They can do email merge from excel sheet and the msgs goes out as individual msgs addressed to one id each. The problem is many emails can be bounced from the receiving server due to the mail box not existing currently. The ids of old discontinued customers are not used for a while and we don't know if they are active now.
Will the server endup in spam black list is my query?
