It can take several hours for DNS changes to become effective. You can
# dig domain0.com
from domain1's toaster to see what it's getting.
The symptoms you've described sound more like the effect of graylisting.
I'd look into that to see if this is what's happening. The smtp log on
domain0 should be showing a message to that effect though.
What version of spamdyke do you have installed?
Did you use QTP to install it?
Please post your spamdyke.conf file.
