hi ,
Users are able to change the from field in outlook and send email behalf of another user .. How this could be prevent ? Any way to force from field to be equal with return-path?

In short, no.
I know you can do this in Postfix, but it involves writing a ACL filter for outbound mail and will break things like forwarding. I know of no similar method with Qmail (I've also never seen it done in Postfix either, just seen people ask and they were told what they needed to do, not how). If you look at the message headers you will see that the reply-to address and from address may be one user, but the envelope sender (at the very top) will always be the account it was sent from.
