I do not know of any turn-key ones that do.
Interworx uses Qmail, but I do not know if you could just drop QMT in
it's place. It would all depend on how the control panel manages
accounts. QMT is based on LifeWithQmail so it should be compliant with
any control panel that can manage a LWQ install.

actually there is an open source hosting control panel using qmail and
vpopmail, its baifox
the features seems complete <http://baifox.org/trac/wiki/Features>
although the installation guide for debian and using qmail+vpopmail
<http://baifox.org/trac/wiki/Install>
but I believe with a little modification there will no problem
installing baifox with QMT on CentOS 4/5 .
with Baifox, QMT will be a complete open source Hosting solution
