I'm sorry to say that I don't presently do contract work outside of the US.
Have you looked into deepOfix? It's a toaster-like email server that's
developed in your country, and from the email list appears to be well
supported. It uses qmail as well, and is built on Debian. I'm guessing
that it might be a better choice for you, given your technical needs.
