list, I sisiguiente in qmailtoaster a problem with an ISP, customers configure their outlook express, microsoft outlook, incredimail, thunderbird, leave copy of messages on the server, so that we are 5 or 10 days, keeping the copies , I need at the server can avoid leaving copies on the same.

If you're asking to remove emails after even though the user has asked to leave them on (by configuring Outlook) I'd suggest you look at this problem in depth. If you still want to continue, I would suggest writing a script that runs hourly to delete files older than x number of hours/days. Look at the empty-trash script in Qmailtoaster-Plus (qtp.qmailtoaster.com) if you need help writing this type of script.

One thing to remember though - they might be doing this so that their mobile devices (IE blackberry) have a chance to grab the email when their outlook open. Granted they don't need to leave a copy on the server for that long unless their mobile device is off for days at a time. I wonder how many of them are doing it for some specific reason as opposed to just not knowing what the setting is actually for or does.
