Version 4+ of spamdyke allows per-domain configurations. See the
documentation at spamdyke.org.
simcontrol and spamdyke have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
They're entirely separate. spamdyke happens before a message is
received. Simcontrol/simscan happens after it's been transmitted.
