Greetings,

This is very long background info, please be patient:

Our company has recently consolidated offices to save costs and this requires
the consolidation of internet connections as well as servers. We have 1 domain
in location A's server and 3 domains in location B's server. Both were set up
using qmailrocks and are extremely old and starting to act up. We recently
purchased a new server that I decided to put qmail-toaster on it as opposed to
qmailrocks as it's very oudated. I'm now having a little trouble getting
everything to work and since we're in live production, I can't really afford to
shut things down and do some serious testing. Here's the current setup:

mail.domain-A: domain A
mail.domain-B: domain B,C,D

New Server C is set up as mail.domain-A with all the domains added via vqadmin.
Everything seems to be working fine, I can log into all the domains and send
from accounts on them with no problem. My testing hits a snag when I try to
test incoming email.

When I swap the new server out with server A on isp A, it's business as usual.
I send and receive all files related to domain A with no trouble. When I try
swapping out with server B on isp B though, I get nothing. I can send emails no
problem, but it doesn't seem to be receiving anything sent to domains B,C or D.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening? I'd like to know that this is going
to work properly before I can point all my domains to one IP and swap out both
old servers for the new one. We rely highly on email so I can't afford much
downtime at all if something goes wrong and I have to point a domain back to
the original IP to set things back to the way they were. Any help will be
greatly appreciated.

-Joe
