Also, be sure that you do have "bayes_auto_expire 0". Auto_expire
happens while an smtp session is active, and the sending server may time
out if the process takes more than a couple minutes, which can happen
pretty easily depending on your processor and how busy it is.
You can run a daily cron job to handle the bayes database expirations:

As I looked at some of the logs, I noticed the following happening alot:
from spamd logs:

I have no clue where to raise the child limits.
when I run top, the system has 1.2gig ram free all the time so I do not
think it is a memory issue.
Does anyone have any ideas? This is driving me nuts.
