Thanks for the replies. Sorry, I missed the post from March 5, 2009 regarding my exact problem. Since I haven't figured out how to 
"just add the patch to the patching section of the spec file".

I will spend some time learning how to add the patch, or I will wait for AM to update the patch.

I could go back to qmail-toaster-1.03-1.3.15, but what would I break in the process - since I just did
qtp-newmodel today?

Look in the archives. This came up a couple months ago as well.
No, empF will not be included in Qmailtoaster. The patch you see on the wiki
was for an older version. It patches the spec file to add the extra patch
and since the spec file changes every time a new release comes out, the
patch does not apply cleanly to the new spec file. You'll need to look at
the patch file and determine where it's adding the empF patch and manually
add it to the new spec file, then rebuild and install.

I've been overwhelmed with work in the last months so didn't had the
time to keep the patch up to date.

I'll try to make a easier way to patch QMT to support eMPF in the next
week or so.
