You would only create an MX record for the QMT server since you (from
what I understand) do not want any mail being delivered to it and it
will relay all mail through the QMT machine. That's why you need to
define the Exchange server in the smtproutes file - the QMT machine has
no way to lookup where to deliver the message since it will be the MX
record.
