Hey Jake,
You've handled foreign payments, haven't you? What do you suggest?
Perhaps a few bottles of Finlandia? ;)
I answered this off-list, but for those that are interested:
My company does remote work all over the world. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. We have also accepted
Western Union payments in the past where other methods were not at
option. We get a lot of "emergency repair" work, where a company's
server has an issue on the weekend and we always get them back up and
running in a couple hours. To date we have not had any "emergency" work
take more than 3 hours to fix, and that one was a train wreck to begin
with (blown upgrade from Fedora Core 2 to Fedora Core 6, breaking the
mail server in the process). We also manage servers for various
companies and ISPs all over the world.
To be honest, most of our work comes from outside the United States
right now. If you're interested in commercial support, just ask!
