You need to fix the vpopmail database. Vqadmin has been broken for a long time and when you use it to create domains it will sometimes garble the database entries, showing 24174648202 users or some number close to that. Look in the archives - it's been discussed several times and I know I've posted how to fix it once or twice as well.
