>From the point of view of a user/administrator, it is more effective to
work from a web-based interface than a CLI.  Especially when you can't
always be at an office where you can get shell/ssh access.

Though the Webmin command interface could be easily used when you can't
get ssh too.

I imagine they're envisioning that we'll whip up something like the menu
for QTP to handle the vpopmail functions.
That's just my guess though. I'll start to rough out something but then
let the community take the lead and build it the way they want. Then
I'll package it up and add it to the site.
