Log levels increase in the /var/log/qmail/smtp/ logs when you modify the
setting in the spamdyke.conf file:

log-level=verbose

and then

log-target=stderr

stderr being the /var/log/qmail/smtp/ default in QMT

So, I've answered my own question.

So, I guess that means that if there is any entry for the log level and
location in spamdyke.conf, then that overrides any entry on the spamdyke
command line in the run file.
