It would help if you showed us the headers of an example you'd like to
block.
Are you using spamdyke? Highly recommended. Spamdyke blocks a huge
amount of spam without even scanning, reducing the load on your toaster
substantially. With spamdyke, you can also blacklist IP addresses, rDNS
contents, and senders (full or partial addresses), which would likely
let you accomplish what you're trying to do.
