Ok, Now is working, I did not understood how it works.

So I must follow this steps:
1 - Add the rule you mentioned (or similar) on the tcp.smtp file
2 - Adjust simcontrol file, and rebuild the cdb, as mentioned on
http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/Simscan
3 - Configure spamassassin as mentioned on
http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/Spamassassin

Perhaps was not so obvious to me.
Thanks to you all, once again.

Ok, let me see if I can shed some light if you have not figured this out
yet.

Check your /etc/tcp.smtp file. In there are the rules on who gets scanned.

Mine looks like this:

127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",DKSIGN="/var/qmail/control/domainkeys/%/private",R
BLSMTPD="",NOP0FCHECK="1"
192.168.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",DKSIGN="/var/qmail/control/domainkeys/%/privat
e",RBLSMTPD="",NOP0FCHECK="1"
:allow,BADMIMETYPE="",BADLOADERTYPE="M",SENDER_NOCHECK="1",CHKUSER_RCPTLIMIT
="50",CHKUSER_WRONGRCPTLIMIT="10",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan",DKSIGN
="/var/qmail/control/domainkeys/%/private",NOP0FCHECK="1"

So, anyone sending from the 192.168 network does not get scanned as well
as anyone from 127. (local machine). Everyone else, the line that begins
with a colon :, gets scanned by the QMAILQUEUE parameter.

Hope this helps.

Now, check your file and see if your email came from a network that is not
scanning.
