Try running
sudo -u vpopmail -H spamassassin --lint

this is the output:

You have something screwy with your folder/permissions. It should create the folder when you run that as the vpopmail user. Check to make sure you have a /home/vpopmail directory and the permissions are correct. Also check to see if you have the .spamassassin folder in vpopmail's dir (remember to use ls -al)

Seems that also my ../send/current have some errors

# chown -R vpopmail:vchkpw /home/vpopmail/domains

Hi,

the problem remains

Does the /home/vpopmail/domains/example.com directory exist?

yes it contains /home/vpopmail/example.com and also /example.com contains user with the directory tree.

I was reffering to reinstall all packages from qmailtoaster from begining

Oh.

I would remove all users and domains first, then try again with new domains and users.

If that's still not working, then to remove and reinstall toaster packages, remove all users and domains first, then:
# for pkg in $(rpm -qa | grep -toaster); do
> rpm --nodeps -e $pkg
> done

Then rerun the install.sh script for your distro.

Ok, thx, I will do so.
