I am noticing quite a delay when receiving e mails. I know when the
server sends a notification and it used to be nearly instantaneous
delivery. I am now experiencing delays of several minutes and sometimes

this traffic on the spamhaus servers?

And we're supposed to know the answer to this how?? ;)

Are you using spamdyke? If so, please post your config file. If not, please post the contents of your /var/qmail/control/blacklists file.

What do you have in your /etc/resolv.conf file?

Do you have a caching nameserver installed on your toaster? If so, which one?
