You don't send them anywhere. You go http://qtp.qmailtoaster.com, create
an account for yourself if you haven't done so already, log in, and
click Tickets in the header bar. Just fill in the web page appropriately.

Thanks Aleksander and Constantin. You just made my scripting a bit
easier.
I'll be modifying qtp-extraclam to download the latest version and
install it, so as newer releases are done they won't need to be
incorporated into QTP. Simply rerunning qtp-extraclam will install
the latest version (similar to qtp-install-spamdyke).
If there's anything else someone would like to see related to this,
now's the time to ask!
